CONVOY SUPPLY'S RESPONSE TO COVID-19
COVID-19 has impacted the world, and the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our suppliers is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the advice and requirements of local, provincial, state, and federal authorities as well as the WHO. We appreciate your patience, and ask all of our customers for understanding and to respect new procedures that are in place for everyone's safety.
We've assembled some answers to commonly-asked questions below.
1) Is Convoy open for business?
Construction and construction supply have been designated as essential services in most areas we serve, and as a result we are open for business with some adjustments to hours and procedures. Convoy is closely monitoring and obeying all provincial, state, and federal orders and advisories.
2) How is this affecting my orders?
We've changed a number of our branch processes to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. All ordering is now done via phone or email. Job-site deliveries function largely the same, while incorporating physical distancing. Also, many branches are operating on reduced hours. Please contact your branch for details.
3) How is Convoy preventing COVID-19 spread in its branches?
In addition to new procedures, all branch staff are practising physical distancing, as well as rigorous cleaning protocols. No one displaying symptoms is permitted to come to work, and we are monitoring all appropriate local, federal, and international health authorities for new best practices as they become recommended.
