Raw material prices have been extremely volatile since March due to the various tariffs that have been implemented throughout the world. These market conditions obviously create a precarious position for manufacturers as raw material suppliers have increased their pricing either as a result of the tariffs or in response to greater demand for their locally sourced metals.
After several months of absorbing cost increases, BILCO Canada must now initiate the following price change. Effective December 1, 2018, pricing on all BILCO products (roof hatches, smoke vents, and floor doors) and safety products (Bil-Guard Hatch Rail systems and Ladder UP Safety Posts) will increase 10%.
All orders with the above products shipped on or after December 1, 2018 will be invoiced at the new pricing level.
