Rick Solecki elected to RCABC Board

We are pleased to announce that Rick Solecki, Convoy’s Regional Manager for the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, has been elected to the RCABC Board of Directors. When asked, Rick said he wanted to serve as a Director as an opportunity to give back to an industry that has been his career for the past three decades and which, in his own words, “has given me everything.” 

Rick’s decision to devote his time to RCABC in particular grows from their mission to elevate the roofing industry as a whole: its standards, safety, and perception. Over 60 years ago, RCABC was the initiator of the first roofing association-backed guarantee in Canada, covering both workmanship and materials, and their commitment to quality and safety has continued ever since. Rick is passionate about roofing contractors being recognized for their caliber of work and the scope of their knowledge, and roofing being seen, especially to young people, as a worthwhile career where diverse people can be respected and successful.
