Due to increases in the cost of raw materials and freight, Carlisle will implement a price increase, effective May 1, 2018, on the following products:

TPO membrane and accessories 5%

Polyisocyanurate insulation 5%

Adhesives, primers, sealants, and coatings 10%

Fasteners and plates 5%
-
Metal edging, coated metal, flat sheets, panels, termination bar 6-8%
-
FAST Adhesive 10%
-
All miscellaneous accessories 10%
In addition, Carlisle has implemented increases in freight charges for delivering their products to market which will affect our landed costs. These factors include: electronic log books, labour costs, supply and demand imbalance resulting from reduced driver availability, and increased fuel charges. As a result, there may be additional increases beyond the percentages above. All orders with the above products shipped on or after May 1, 2018 will be invoiced at the new pricing level.
