Recently roofing shingle manufacturers have announced yet another round of price increases on all residential roofing products. They have all cited many reasons for these increases; as an example, higher costs on raw materials, higher cost of labor and transportation, along with of course the continuation of the COVID-19 response and effects on their abilities to produce.
While we at Convoy work very hard to mitigate these rising costs to keep you competitive in the market, we are at a point where we are unable to absorb and sustain these additional costs into our business.
As a result, BP, CertainTeed, GAF, and Malarkey will implement an additional price increase, effective May 01, 2021, of 7%-10% on all residential steep slope shingle products and accessories. These increases are cumulative.
All orders with the above products shipped on or after May 01, 2021 will be invoiced at the new pricing level. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager shortly.
