The recent changes in the geopolitical situation globally have led to rapid increases in raw material and transportation costs. Due to those unstable circumstances, SOPREMA is announcing 2nd price increase on the following products. This increase is cumulative and in addition to the April 20 price increase announcement.
- Bituminous membranes and accessories: Up to 8%
- PVC Roofing membranes: Up to 6%
- SOPRA-ISO polyisocyanurate insulation: Up to 6%
- SOPRA-XPS extruded polystyrene insulation: Up to 5%
- SOPRA-SPF spray foam insulation: Up to 7%
- Adhesives, primers, and sealants: Up to 8%
- Liquid waterproofing (epoxy, polyurethane, and PMMA): Up to 10%
- Butyl or acrylic waterproofing membranes: Up to 6%
- Accessories and products not manufactured by SOPREMA (Panels, screws and plates, drains, etc.): Up to 10%
- SOPRA-Cellulose natural fiber insulation: Up to 5%
This price increase will take effect on June 29, 2026. The new prices will apply to orders shipped on or after June 29, regardless of any delays caused by supply limitations. Quotes for ongoing projects will be reviewed individually. Active quotes will be honored subject to their validity period.
SOPREMA and Convoy Supply reserve the right to limit the quantities shipped by June 29 based on historical purchases. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager shortly.
