Pricing Bulletins

LP Smart Side will implement a price increase, effective July 4th, 2022, on the following products:

Georgia-Pacific will implement a price increase of 15%, effective July 20, 2022, on all DensDeck and DensDeck Prime products.

Boral Building Products-Westlake will implement a price increase of 8%-10%, effective August 1, 2022, on all Standard Weight and Lightweight Concrete Field Tile & Trim products.

The continued rising costs of Raw Materials, freight and labour continue to push costs higher for all Shingle Manufacturers. BP, CertainTeed, GAF & Malarkey will implement a price increase of 8%-12%, effective August 1, 2022, on all steep slope roofing products. Please note that these increases are cumulative.

Velux will implement a price increase of 6%, effective August 1, 2022, across most products.
