GAF Commercial is providing “Price Guidance” for Q3 and Q4. Please be advised of the below announced by the supplier “Not to Exceed” Pricing Guidelines for GAF Commercial Roofing products. Escalators to Q3 and Q4 2022 pricing by Product Category are as follows:
TPO Membranes - Q3 Not to Exceed +10% Q4 Not to Exceed +10%
PVC Membranes - Q3 Not to Exceed +6% Q4 Not to Exceed +6%
TPO & PVC Accessories - Q3 Not to Exceed +5% Q4 Not to Exceed +5%
Polyiso Insulation - Q3 Not to Exceed +7% Q4 Not to Exceed +7%
Asphaltic Products - Q3 Not to Exceed +10% Q4 Not to Exceed +3%
Adhesives & Sealants - Q3 Not to Exceed +5% Q4 Not to Exceed +5%
Metal Termination Bars - Q3 Not to Exceed +20% Q4 Not to Exceed +10%
Fasteners/Plates - Q3 Not to Exceed +10%/+5% Q4 Not to Exceed +10%/+5%
NOTE: The above does NOT take into account escalating Freight/Fuel Surcharges Convoy is receiving for all inbound materials. These Increased costs in Freight are in effect immediately and not within our control. Please understand Convoy cannot be responsible if the above “NOT TO EXCEED” is not adhered too due to Force Majeure or other World Events.
All orders with the above products shipped on or after Q3 (July-Sept) and Q4 (October to December), 2022, will be invoiced at the new pricing level. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager closer to this date/s.
