Dear Valued Customer:
Due to evolving market conditions impacting the cost of oil used in manufacturing processes, Carlisle & Versico will implement a price increase, effective April 13, 2026, on the following products:
- TPO membranes and TPO accessories 5%-7%
- EPDM membranes and EPDM accessories 5%-7%
- PVC membranes and PVC accessories 5%-7%
- Polyiso insulation 5%-7%
- Adhesives and primers 8%-10%
- All other accessories 3%-5%
Additionally, freight surcharge increases effective April 1, 2026 due to the immediate increases realized in diesel fuel costs.
All orders with the above products shipped on or after April 13, 2026 will be invoiced at the new pricing level. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager shortly.
