Due to increased global volatility impacting supply-demand dynamics in raw materials and transportation costs, GAF will implement price increases for the following commercial products.
- TPO membranes & accessories: 5%-7%
- PVC membranes & accessories: 5%-7%
- Asphaltic rolls & accessories: 6%-8%
- Adhesives, primers, sealants & caulks: 8%-10%
- All other accessories: 3%-5%
Additionally, freight surcharge increases effective April 16, 2026 due to the immediate increases realized in diesel fuel costs.
All orders with the above products shipped on or after April 16, 2026 will be invoiced at the new pricing level. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager shortly.
