James Hardie will implement a price increase, effective January 4, 2027, on the following products:
- Non-vented soffit prime 2%
- Non-vented Statement 3%
- Cemplank, lap, panel, vented soffit, and HardieTrim (4/4 and 5/4 line – not battens), Statement (lap, panel, vented soffit, trim) 5%
- Shingle in prime 6%
- Non-vented soffit prime, prime battens, Statement non-vented soffit, Statement battens 7%
- Cemplank products 5%
All orders with the above products shipped on or after January 4, 2027, will be invoiced at the new pricing level. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager shortly.
James Hardie has price protected volume budgets that will be applied to all products subject to a price increase. Convoy reserves the right to limit pre-increase purchases. Please consult with your Convoy Sales Representative for any concerns.
